On Monday, November 25, the office of Councillor Jaye Robinson, alongside Councillors Josh Matlow and Mike Colle, hosted a Town Hall for the residents of Midtown Toronto to discuss development, liveability and road safety concerns in Yonge-Eglinton.

Senior Transportation Services and City Planning staff provided in-depth presentations on changes to the local development process following the enactment of Bill 108 and new strategies being implemented to improve road safety in Midtown. For those unable to attend the Town Hall, the article below provides a detailed explanation of the Yonge-Eglinton Construction Hub Coordination Pilot.

Many thanks to the hundreds of Ward 8, 12 and 15 residents who attended this event and shared their feedback and lived experiences with our office. Ensuring that Yonge-Eglinton remains a vibrant, liveable neighbourhood is one of Councillor Robinson's top priorities and our office sincerely appreciates the community's engagement on these important issues.
