The applicant proposes to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 13-storey mixed-use building with 85 residential units, 421 sq.m. of at-grade retail and 87 underground parking spaces which will be accessed from Chatsworth Drive. The applicant is proposing a total gross floor area of 8,599 sq.m. for a proposed floor space index of 7.8 times the lot area.
