311 is the City’s front-line service, allowing residents to access non-emergency City services, programs and information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Customer service representatives at 311 are trained in a wide range of issues and will be able to resolve most inquiries quickly and efficiently. Most requests will also receive a tracking number so that you can keep track of your request’s progress.

While 311 will be able to assist with most requests, it is an exceptionally great resource for issues relating to:

  • Bylaw enforcement of property issues
  • Waste collection
  • Damaged garbage bins
  • Poor road or sidewalk conditions
  • Tree pruning, removal or planting
  • Winter Issues
